We also offer digital literacy sessions to help women adapt to the modern world.

Self-Defense Training

Safety is a key component of empowerment. Our self-defense training programs teach women practical techniques to protect themselves in threatening situations. These sessions not only boost physical strength but also build mental confidence, helping women feel safe and assertive in their daily lives.

Microfinance & Self-Help Groups

We support women through microfinance initiatives and help them form self-help groups (SHGs). These groups enable women to save collectively, access small loans for starting businesses, and support each other through shared challenges. By promoting financial literacy and independence, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and dependency.
